Delivery & Returns


We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 days of purchase. Delivery times vary depending on delivery location, postal services and couriers.

We currently offer two rates of shipping with Royal Mail within the UK.

1st Class – 1- 3 working days 

2nd Class – 3 - 5  working days

International shipping times will depend on destination.

  • Please bear in mind delivery may be delayed from time to time due to circumstances beyond our control. If you have placed an order and had a dispatch notice from us and have still not received your goods after the chosen postage time please get in touch.
  • Please also note that our operating hours are Monday to Friday. Orders will only be dispatched on these days. Ordered placed on a weekend or bank holiday will therefore take longer to process before being dispatched.


Products can be returned for any reason within 14 days of the original purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. 

It is your responsibility to ensure items are returned as new, in the same condition in which they were received. Hexen Limited reserve the right to refuse a return or make a deduction for the loss in value of any goods supplied - if the loss is a result of unnecessary handling by you. This does not apply to items being returned due to manufacturing faults or items received by the customer already damaged (see below). If in doubt please get in touch, we're always happy to help.

How to return your product(s): 

To return your product, please use the contact us page with your order number and reasons, you will then be asked to post your product to:

(You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.)

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. 

Product arrived damaged or defective:

Products with manufacturing faults or products received by the customer already damaged, can be returned within 30 days of the initial purchase. We will endeavor to replace your product with the same product, if possible. If this is not possible, we will refund the full amount.
